Payment Terms & Conditions
Applies to all Courses
1. Online, Weekly Modules, & Video Courses
No refunds after registration. Course access remains active. Credit may be applied for transfers or upgrades upon need or request.
2. In-Person & Interactive Classes
No refunds due to immediate workbook prep. Credit may be applied for transfers. If payment exceeds $550, a 50% refund (minus a $550 fee) may be granted with written notice within 3 days. Send requests to:

3. Payment Options (Courses Over $400)
You may pay in full and receive a 10% discount using the invoice link. If choosing installments, a $260 deposit confirms registration and generates a court-compliant registration letter. Remaining payments may be made in increments of $100 or more at any time. Include your invoice number with payment to ensure proper credit. Course access begins once final payment is received.
4. Payment Arrangement Terms
Discounts do not apply when using a payment arrangement. A minimum payment of $260 is required to receive an Enrollment Letter. Additional payments may be made in increments of $100 or more until the balance is paid in full. Classes and course access begin once final payment is received. Please include your invoice number with each payment to ensure proper credit.
5. Legal Authorization
By paying this invoice, you confirm understanding and acceptance of these terms, authorize Jessica M. Chavez of California Parenting to process the invoiced amount, and acknowledge enrollment. You affirm compliance with California Civil Code §§1619–1624 and §§1633.1–1633.17 (UETA) and confirm that your electronic signature is valid and binding. All sales are final, with credit applied where applicable.
